Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations and interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of specialized equipment.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce digital images as ordered by physicians.
- Position and instruct patients for examinations; perform specialized studies as needed.
- Deliver efficient clinical care with a high level of technical and organizational skill and strong critical thinking.
- Mentor and train staff on technical skills; contribute to staff development and performance discussions.
- Provide input into hiring and promotion decisions for staff to support department quality and growth.

Requirements
- Active California Radiologic Technologist license.
- ARRT Certification in Radiography; Interventional Radiography certification preferred.
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Prior/interventional radiology experience with cardiac and vascular procedures preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity interventional lab environment and rotate on a 4x10 schedule.
