We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shift Warehouse Pick/Pack associate. This role involves assembling product kits, verifying product counts, and ensuring items meet quality standards. You will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing kits for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adhering to safety procedures and collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble product kits based on order specifications.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for quality and completeness.
• Label, package, and prepare kits for outbound shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience in pick and pack operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory management.
• Proficiency in general labor tasks, including shipping and receiving.
• Ability to select orders accurately and efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience is required.
• Consistent work history is a must.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canal Winchester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
