Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Michigan Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred. Client requires productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week. Valid driver‘s license and ability to travel within the coverage area, generally within an hour radius of hub cities listed. Willingness to cover the Livonia/Downriver area including Wyandotte, Taylor, New Boston, Lincoln Park, Allen Park, Southgate, Westland, Wayne, Garden City, Inkster, Plymouth, Canton. Preferred Qualifications Previous home health physical therapy experience preferred but candidates new to the setting will be considered. Comfort with video/Teams interviewing process. Assignment Details Shift days: M-F. EMR: Home Care Home Base. On call: None. Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard mileage rate. Productivity expectation: 30 points per week. Clinician may be expected to travel and cover referrals across the Livonia/Downriver hub and surrounding cities, generally within an approximate one-hour radius depending on referrals.
