Most recently, UC Funds expanded its footprint in the Gulf Shores region with ONE Club Gulf Shores, a premier all-inclusive living community featuring a world-class 9-hole golf course, restaurant, pools, and fitness center, all open to outside members. The Opportunity Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Hospitality Manager will play a highly visible role in shaping the member, resident, and guest experience across ONE Club Gulf Shores. This individual will oversee hospitality operations throughout the property, including clubhouse activities, restaurant operations, member engagement programs, weddings, corporate functions, and community-wide events. As the property continues to expand, this role will be instrumental in developing consistent service standards, driving event growth, and creating memorable experiences that strengthen resident satisfaction and increase outside membership and event utilization. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations across the clubhouse, restaurant, member amenities, and event spaces, ensuring a consistently high level of guest service and presentation. Plan, coordinate, and execute all on-site events, including weddings, corporate functions, golf outings, holiday celebrations, member events, community gatherings, and private functions. Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients from initial inquiry through event execution, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience. Partner with restaurant leadership and culinary staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings for clubhouse operations and special events. Manage event calendars, venue scheduling, vendor coordination, contracts, and event logistics across the property. Develop and implement hospitality standards, operating procedures, and service expectations designed to enhance the member and guest experience. Work closely with property management, maintenance, and facilities teams to ensure event spaces, common areas, and amenities remain guest-ready and professionally maintained. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive hospitality, events, restaurant, country club, resort, hotel, or venue management experience. Demonstrated experience planning and executing corporate events, private functions, and large-scale hospitality events. Experience managing hospitality staff, event personnel, vendors, and customer-facing operations. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event logistics, and guest service best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
