We are looking for part-time team members who show up with heart, do meaningful work, and help us create memorable experiences for our clients.We hire for character and commitment, not cleaning experience.Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented, your own working vehicle and a valid driver's license, able to lift 20 lbs. and clean 1–3 homes daily (part-time shifts available), a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to be fully present during your shift.Even in a part-time role, you'll play a big part in delivering the quality and care our clients trust us for.Clean residential homes within established routes, build relationships with regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clients, follow our proven cleaning system for consistency and great results, maintain a high customer happiness score by never doing just enough, add thoughtful finishing touches that create "Maui Moments".We focus on people—our clients and our team.
