About the Role

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and personalities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Preparing meals and snacks, as needed
• Accompanying clients on outings and social activities
• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
• Documenting client progress and communicating with healthcare professionals
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving role preferred

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
