Assumes an expanded role which includes but is not limited to the preceptor role, participation on committees, and performing advanced respiratory care procedures.Fulltime and PerDiem positions available, 40 hours; Monday – Friday daysThe Department of Pediatric Pulmonary is looking to hire a Respiratory Therapist to perform Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Ventilator checks, and Exercise tolerance testing as well as providing general technical support in respiratory care including patient/caregiver education, Vest fittings and equipment support. Proficiency in performing and analyzing pulmonary function testing, oximetry, and capnography as needed. Demonstrates a working knowledge of homecare ventilators, CPAP, Bipap, suction equipment, and apnea monitors. Minimum of one year of respiratory experience preferred.
