General Production Worker – Manufacturing

Location: Pueblo, CO

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule ( every other weekend off )

We are hiring General Production Workers to join a renowned manufacturing team in Pueblo, CO. This hands-on role supports fabrication and welding operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. It’s a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with their hands.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Prepare materials through sanding, grinding, and layout work
• Assist the welding team and support fabrication processes
• Perform tack welding, material prep, and basic inspections
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and production supplies
• Support general production and shop operations as needed

• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production
• Ability to safely use hand tools and work around machinery
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in an industrial setting
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Experience with welding, grinding, or fabrication
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or inspection
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in a hands-on trade

• Competitive hourly pay ($22–$25/hr)
• Consistent schedule with built-in time off (2-2-3 rotation)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
