Responsibilities This job will get you results in the following areas: Prepare smoothies that make a customer's day Prepare food that will share a smile Develop lasting relationships Provide an amazing experience to our guests Results are fast, duplicatable and can be replicated for our times of day: AM: Prepare – Prep, stock, and be rush ready MID: Execute – 100% guest facing, make their day better, restock & prep after rush PM: Reset – Continue restock & prep, complete closing cleaning list Greet guests Assist and promote the menu Serve others Execute quickly and cleanly Solving problems Constantly staying busy with restocking, cleaning and organizing Taking tremendous pride in the work they do You can make a difference for the shift by completing these tasks (repetitively, during peak times): Consolidate Locate Label Rotate Our Team tackles tasks by working together to complete the following checklists: Opening checklist AM & Bulk Prep checklist Delivery checklist Temperature log: AM, MID, PM Rush ready checklist Priority checklist Changeover food checklist Changeover smoothie checklist Closing checklist Qualifications & Requirements Must be 17 years or older.
