We are not a part of any dental service organization (DSO) or corporately owned dental practices. Compensation is never lowered or dropped due to poor production. You are not required to clock out if you do not have a patient, and we will not manipulate or cut your hours based on busyness or production. We manage our team of dental assistants with respect and professionalism, in the way we would want to be treated.
