TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.What You'll Do
- Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation
What You'll Need
- Active Florida SLP License
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Ideal For: Speech therapists, speech-language pathologists, dysphagia specialists
