Role Description

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, attempting to assist or directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• No evenings or weekends!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Property and Casualty license required but can obtain in the first 30 days.

No weekends or evenings! Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance, and renters insurance.
• Our office is located in Riverside.
• Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
• I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
• We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
