Driver/WarehouseThe Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate deals directly with our customers on a daily basis to ensure they have a positive experience. As a member of the branch team, this will primarily be accomplished through picking, loading, and delivering our products directly to our customers or to other company locations. This includes the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and material handling equipment, including by not limited to forklifts, in compliance of company policy and government regulations.This position will regularly be asked to support other branch activities to ensure its success. This may include, but not limited to, helping with all warehouse duties, assisting the branch manager and the location counter sales associates in the support of their duties, inventory management, and other duties as required.Essential duties and responsibilitiesAs the daily face of the company to our customers, it is imperative to ensure they have a positive experience, while maintain our safety, quality, and other policies and standards.As a part of the branch team positively engage in our Zero Harm culture. This is achieved through a commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of a zero-defect culture.Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.Communicates in professional and courteous manner, daily with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, e-mail, or other means necessary to provide best in class service.Engage in supporting and maintaining the efficient operation of the branch in accordance with current guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures.Proactively engage in the safe efficient operation of the warehouse:Shipping and receiving activities as required to assure that products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner.Proper picking of orders including managing first in, first out (FIFO) compiance.Receive returned product from customers – inspecting for damage, check packing slip for product accuracy, and securing returning product to ensure safe and undamaged return.Enhance and improve inventory management.Other duties as directed.Your ProfileRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of delivery driver experience of a commercial vehicle weighing 10k-26k pounds1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environmentPreferred Qualifications:HVAC knowledge preferredStrong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skillsEffective and professional communication and organization skillsAbility to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skillsProficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plusContact & Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans*Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
