As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you won’t simply lead activities — you’ll help create moments that matter. From coordinating group programs and special events to spending one-on-one time with residents, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing daily life within our community. You’ll collaborate with team members to develop creative programming, encourage participation, and build genuine relationships with residents and their families.

In This Role You Will:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging group activities, special events, and one-on-one interactions that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a dynamic monthly activity calendar that includes weekday, evening, and weekend programming.
• Through building meaningful relationships, you will encourage resident participation and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Help set up, decorate, and clean up for events, ensuring each experience feels special and thoughtfully executed.
• Collaborate with team members to create programming that reflects residents’ interests and abilities, while also observing and documenting engagement to support care planning.
• Assist with transportation and accompany residents to outings or appointments, while maintaining activity supplies and ensuring resources are readily available.

  • Every other weekend, and Monday and Friday on the opposite week

Who You Are:

• A compassionate and energetic individual who enjoys creating meaningful connections and experiences for others
• Bring creativity and organization to your work, with the ability to adapt activities to meet a wide range of resident needs and preferences. You communicate clearly and respectfully, demonstrating patience, kindness, and a strong commitment to excellent service
• Exercise sound judgment in your daily work and take pride in contributing to a positive, engaging environment
• Have a high school diploma or GED, and experience in activities, recreation, or senior living is a plus and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and participate in community outings as needed.
