Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed therapist at Crestwood, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting client wellness, including but not limited to:

• Utilizing evidence-based modalities during one-on-one therapy sessions to facilitate personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Setting and tracking therapeutic goals with each client to measure progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Providing teletherapy services through established digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and privacy for all clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic work at Crestwood will primarily target individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position of Licensed Mental Health Therapist offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 – 105,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
