Sr. Financial Analyst

SeaCast is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company with several locations and business units. You’ll work closely with all accounting personnel and levels of management. This position requires successful experience and solid working knowledge of financial statements and cost accounting principles and practices in a manufacturing environment. You will be involved with multiple levels of management to improve costing accuracy, financial statement preparation, and all planning cycles. Core Responsibilities Generate monthly statements highlighting actual financial result comparisons to our annual plan and provide insight on both favorable and unfavorable variances. Participate in annual/interim financial planning activities. Partner with Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to provide financial support/models for new and current pricing/quoting activities Perform detailed manufacturing cost variance analysis and implement system/process changes to improve cost accuracy. Develop financial and operational metrics providing performance results/insights to operations and management. Perform financial evaluations for capital improvements/expansions Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting.
