Pay Rate: Up to $20.00+/hour (including competitive base pay, tips, and performance incentives)

What You’ll Focus On:

As a Sandwich Artist®, your work revolves around four main priorities:

1. Delivering an Excellent Guest Experience: Greeting guests with a smile and providing fast, friendly, personalized service.

2. Preparing & Serving Great Food: Crafting fresh, high-quality subs, salads, and sides according to Subway® operational standards.

3. Maintaining a Clean & Beautiful Restaurant: Keeping the dining room, service line, and kitchen spotless and welcoming.

4. Being a Great Teammate: Working collaboratively with your coworkers to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through our menu, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and fulfill orders accurately from start to finish.

• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards while prepping fresh ingredients daily.

• Operate the computerized Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

• Partner with your team to maintain cleanliness throughout the shift, including equipment, counters, and guest areas.

Job Requirements & Prerequisites:

• Education: Some high school or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: No previous restaurant experience required—we provide complete hands-on training!

• Essential Skills: Ability to understand and execute written and verbal instructions quickly and accurately.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move comfortably throughout the entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 30 lbs. occasionally, as well as comfortably operate the digital cash register/POS system.
