Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for Operational Excellence. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. The owner/operator of the King George Chick-fil-A was selected to be an owner/operator after leading a local Chick-fil-A and would love to help his team achieve their dreams!

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Will lead shift in front or back of house

• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-60 lbs on a regular basis

• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
