Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and room for advancement? We are actively hiring skilled technicians who have experience with PLC troubleshooting, injection molding equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines
• Diagnose and repair PLC-related issues
• Access and modify PLC logic to support equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot motors, pumps, valves, air compressors, and chillers
• Set up molds and assist with production changeovers
• Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain equipment reliability and production uptime
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

Required Skills

6+ months of maintenance experience with injection molding machines

1+ year of PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience

Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Experience with motors, pumps, valves, chillers, and compressors

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Mold setup and mold-setting experience

Advanced PLC troubleshooting knowledge

Manufacturing or plastics industry experience

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
