Chemical Technician - Newton, KS

Pay: $18–$21/hr | Full-Time

Job Summary

Responsible for operating foam manufacturing equipment, handling materials and chemicals, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up foam machinery
• Monitor and adjust chemical/material inputs
• Manage raw materials and inventory
• Perform quality-control checks
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Complete basic paperwork and data entry
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
