Associate Director - Digital Transformation

Associate Director role leading digital transformation initiatives for Global Sourcing & Procurement. This position involves connecting business processes, enterprise systems, and data to enable automation, analytics, and AI capabilities across a global organization.

Responsibilities

Map and connect end-to-end processes, systems, data, and user experiences across Global Supplier Management & Procurement
Orchestrate alignment between business priorities, digital initiatives, reporting applications, and data foundations to accelerate AI capabilities
Drive accountability and performance metrics across business, operations, and technology stakeholders
Develop prototypes, analytics solutions, and automation using SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, and related technologies
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale work processes across functions and teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology, analytics, process improvement, or related disciplines
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, and analytics solutions
Technical proficiency with SAP, ERP platforms, SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, and Celonis
Demonstrated success building, implementing, or scaling digital solutions that improve business outcomes
Strong data analysis and business process optimization capabilities
