PPC Specialist (Paid Search)

Location : Fort Lee, New Jersey (100% On-site)

⏰ Work Mode : Full-time, office-based (Monday–Friday; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available)

The Role ️

This is a search-first role. As a PPC Specialist, you'll work closely with our PPC Manager on the day-to-day build, management and optimization of paid search campaigns for our US casino and sports betting brands. Most of your time will be spent hands-on in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads, using data to improve acquisition efficiency and player value.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch and manage search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads.
• Own keyword research, match types, negative keyword lists, ad copy and bid strategy to grow first-time depositors (FTDs) at an efficient cost.
• Monitor budget pacing daily and shift spend across campaigns, states and engines based on performance.
• Plan and run A/B tests on ads, landing pages and bidding to improve CTR, CVR and CPA.
• Track and report on CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and player value, and share clear recommendations with the PPC Manager.
• Work with CRM, Product, Creative and Analytics teams to improve tracking, landing pages and the funnel from click to deposit.
• Make sure all paid activity follows state gaming regulations, Responsible Gaming standards and search engine advertising policies for gambling.
• Keep up with competitor search activity, platform updates and trends in US regulated iGaming advertising.

What We're Looking Fo r

• 4–5 years of hands-on PPC or paid search experience, with Google Ads as your primary channel in your current or most recent role.
• Direct ownership of search campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding and budget management (not only reporting or paid social buying).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino or sports betting is a strong plus. Other regulated industries are also a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4 and attribution or tracking tools.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CVR and LTV, and how to optimize against them.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus, but this role is focused on search.
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets at once.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Lee, NJ, with flexibility during peak sporting events and major launches.
