Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or behavioral health settings
Understanding of ABA principles and protocols
Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions based on established behavior support plans
Collect accurate, daily data regarding student progress and behavioral responses
Support students in achieving behavioral, social, and academic goals
Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), educators, and families
Adapt to classroom needs and provide proactive support in real-time situations
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
