SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Job Title
Supervise civilians and military staff across two learning sites within the Hampton Roads area.
Provide advice and instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters, i.e. time and attendance, performance appraisal, etc.
Serve as primary point of contact for student support inquiries and issues from outside agencies, providing technical advice and support.
Develop and maintain current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all student administrative services, to ensure highest level of accountability and efficiency of work unit.
Develop and maintain Continuous Process Improvement Plans for CeTARS data integrity to ensure the most efficient methods are employed and the highest level of customer service is being administered.
Manage and oversee the student management functions for the Command, validate student throughput and impact to instructor and facility requirements, and oversee staff-in-house training to maintain competency levels to support mission.
