Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist Floater for its West Palm Beach location to support laboratory operations across multiple facilities. This role involves performing blood draws and specimen collection as part of a global leader in diagnostic laboratory services.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood and other specimens from patients following established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient and specimen records and documentation
- Rotate between assigned laboratory facilities in the West Palm Beach area
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in specimen collection
Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification or licensure as required by state regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple laboratory locations
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with venipuncture and specimen handling procedures
