We are seeking an experienced  Industrial Foreman who thrives on ownership and accountability. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who can independently manage smaller industrial piping projects from kickoff through completion while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

·         Lead and supervise industrial crews on projects ranging from retrofit work to small capital projects.

·         Independently manage projects from planning through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

·         Plan daily and weekly work activities to maximize productivity.

·         Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

·         Read and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and specifications.

·         Perform layout and oversee installation of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC, and specialty piping systems.

·         Coordinate equipment setting, alignment, and piping connections.

·         Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

·         Communicate directly with customers, project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.

·         Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, production tracking, and material documentation.

·         Identify and resolve field issues while keeping projects moving efficiently.

·         Mentor apprentices and develop crew members.

·         Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.

·         Travel as required to support projects throughout Arizona.

Qualifications

·         5+ years of industrial experience.

·         2+ years in a foreman or lead role.

·         Proven ability to independently run small projects from start to finish.

·         Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and installation methods.

·         Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

·         Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

·         OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

·         Experience working in manufacturing facilities, water/wastewater plants, semiconductor facilities, food procesing, or commercial/industrial construction is a plus.

·         Equipment setting, rigging, precision alignment, and millwright experience are highly desirable and considered a strong plus.
