TELLER

JOB SUMMARY

Performs branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have detail-oriented
• High standard of confidentiality/work ethics
• One (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service
• One (1) year cash handling experience preferred
• Teller experience in a financial institution highly preferred

MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing members with the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics.  
• Two (2) years related experience and/or training
• Ability to analyze/understand credit report
• Ability to process basic knowledge of bank underwriting
