Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or post‑acute care setting preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records and performing Medicare-focused evaluations preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
