Work Schedule & Arrangement Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 100% on-site position based in Wharton, TX 77488. The role does not offer hybrid or remote work options. A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data Entry & Order Processing Accurately enter, update, and maintain order data in the system and tracking documents. Provide daily email updates to customers regarding order status. Coordination & Communication Supports communication between departments to ensure smooth order flow and on-time information updates. Administrative Support Assists with filing, phone calls, and general office tasks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. B. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). Good numerical and analytical ability; accurate calculations, understanding basic financial or data reports, efficiently use a calculator for daily tasks. Proficient computer skills, including accurate data entry (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. C. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED Ability to perform duties in a standard office environment. May occasionally move or lift light materials (up to 25 pounds). Able to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods. Requires good visual focus and attention to detail for data entry and document review. Able to handle multiple tasks accurately under normal office deadlines. Work is not typically exposed to hazardous or adverse conditions. D.
