• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year Med/Surg experience required 2. Cases: Orthopedic diagnoses with medical overflow; elective hips, knees, shoulders, and spine 3. Certifications: BLS required and not expiring within 30 days of start 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Night ratio 1:6; weekend shifts depend on needs; self-scheduling 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays; longer RTO only considered for hard-to-fill positions with client approval 9.
