Staff Accountant - Real Estate/Property Management

Galleria area real estate development/property management company in the Galleria area is looking for a Staff Accountant on a temp-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, journal entries, month-end close duties

Qualifications:
- BBA in Accounting, Finance, or other business major preferred, but would consider no degree if the candidate as the right experience
- 2+ years of Staff Accountant level experience working at a real estate/property management company
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Yardi software experience - REQUIRED

Pay rate is $30 - 33/hr. ($65-70K on a permanent basis)
