Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Floor in Wenatchee, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner, utilizing nursing processes and adhering to applicable policies and standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wenatchee, WA
• Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 07:00 to 19:30
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; adherence to organizational policies and unit standards; legal compliance with the Washington Nurse Practice Act; ability to float as a sitter; may float between Mares and Central Campuses; may float in rotation.
• Job functions include coordinating patient care, developing and reassessing care plans, administering medications, documenting assessments and interventions, performing holistic patient evaluations, educating patients and families, delegating tasks, participating in performance improvement, and maintaining a safe environment.
