Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate coding, and account maintenance
• Research customer deductions and payment discrepancies while partnering with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues
• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and other month-end accounting support functions
• Maintain financial records within Acumatica and support accurate reporting across customer accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain account accuracy, and support overall accounting operations


Requirements:
• Experience with Acumatica (highly preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
