Position: Personal Banker
Location: Greater Milwaukee, WI
Job Type: Direct Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a sales-driven Personal Banker to build strong client relationships and provide banking products and financial solutions based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive sales and service.
- Cross-sell banking products, accounts, loans, and other financial services.
- Generate business through referrals, outbound calls, and prospecting.
- Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, including IRAs.
- Process consumer loan applications and identify mortgage and investment referral opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of banking or related sales experience.
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and financial concepts.
- NMLS registration may be required.
