Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Willoughby, Ohio. Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients. Maintain appropriate patient records and documentation. Cleans, disinfects, assembles, calibrates, and maintains respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories. Evaluate equipment for proper and safe function and report malfunctions to director. Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines. Interact with co‑workers, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care. Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support. Requirements Minimum 1 year of acute care experience. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. PALS and NRP may be required in some areas. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required. RRT certification (or equivalent) and 2 years of experience.
