Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific requirement)
• Experience administering WJV and WJIV assessments, especially the Spanish components
• Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred to effectively assess and communicate with students
• Prior experience supporting K-12 learners in a school setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively districtwide and adapt to a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive WJV and WJIV assessments, emphasizing the Spanish portions as required for eligible students
• Accurately document and interpret assessment results to support IEP team recommendations
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families, to support student growth
• Travel between school sites within the district as needed for assessment duties
• Deliver insights and recommendations to facilitate targeted educational planning
