Registered Behavior Technician (Full Time)

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work closely with our patients to provide an unparalleled level of service through compassionate and knowledgeable care, in combination with the intensive nature of our individualized program. Starting Pay $17.25 - $25.00/hour Non-certifiedBT's join EBH at the starting rate with the potential forincreases every 6 months Up to $24 per hour for experienced and certified RBTs, based on experience and tenure in the field Performance reviews every 6 months, with potential for compensation increases! Consistent weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits 401(k) with employer options Employee Referral Bonuses up to $2,500 Paid in-clinic training with hands-on support Individualized support & training given by our Clinical Teams for RBT’s looking to become BCBAs through our Flight Path program Supportive, team-based culture where your work truly makes a difference What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach Must be able to assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations based on company needs and demand Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient What We’re Looking For Applicants must be at least 18 years of age Must have completed high school or equivalent Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred Willingness to be trained in ABA principles Physical Requirements: Must be able to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
