Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Critically ill adult patients including medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other community hospital ICU cases. Some pediatric critical care, including early illness stabilization when pediatric needs are involved; critically ill children may be transferred to larger tertiary pediatric centers. Acute stroke patients may be managed in the ICU if needed, with tele-stroke/tele-neurology services available.

Shift & Scheduling: Maximum 3 days RTO. Every third weekend is required.

Special Requests: No holiday RTO will be approved.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
