About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on per diem shifts at The Pines at Bristol, you will ensure the well‑being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee implementation of care plans. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record vital signs and patient information. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed. Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs). Interest in nursing needs of aged and chronically ill patients. Strong clinical skills including medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
