Location: Beebe, Arkansas

Pay Range: $20-22/hour, depending on experience | Weekly Pay

Schedule: MondayFriday | Start Time: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM | 10+ Hour Days | 50 hours a week

About the Role:

Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. You will begin and conclude your daily shifts at our Beebe Transfer Station, located in Beebe, AR.

In this role, you'll operate a rear load garbage truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a rear load garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes
• Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility
• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• 2+ years of CDL driving experience
• Waste industry experience is a plus
