Senior SRE Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We manage, maintain, and enhance our AWS-based cloud infrastructure that supports enterprise SaaS operations.
• We operate and support Kubernetes environments, including Amazon EKS.
• We own platform reliability, scalability, availability, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience.
• We design and support cloud networking, load balancing, routing, traffic management, and related infrastructure.
• We implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions to enable proactive issue detection and response.
• We establish and document operational standards, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), incident response procedures, and reliability best practices.
• We partner with software engineering and product teams to improve application performance, platform stability, and deployment reliability.
• We apply security best practices across IAM, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and production operations.
• We support production operations, troubleshoot critical issues, and take part in incident resolution as needed.
• We may participate in production support, incident response, and after-hours troubleshooting when required.
