Supply Chain Lead

Role: Supply Chain Lead – Reverse Logistics

Location: Remote (those in the Bay area or West Coast will get top choice)

Consumer electronics or hardware industry experience preferred.

Seeking an experienced Solution Lead with deep expertise in:

reverse logistics
supply chain operations
consumer electronics environments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of reverse logistics experience, within high-volume consumer electronics environments.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
Understanding of warranty and entitlement programs.
Experience supporting ERP, supply chain, or business application implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Proven ability to deliver business value and drive process improvements .
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Six Sigma and/or DMAIC training .
Experience with Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, or similar platforms.
Experience with design-to-manufacturing and supply chain best practices .
Reverse logistics transformation experience.
Warranty lifecycle management expertise.
