Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of essential equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and production quality. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 02:00pm to 07:00am)
- Install, repair, and maintain all equipment and facilities within the manufacturing plant.
- Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, implementing necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
- Examine and thoroughly test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime to ensure proper functionality.
- Record critical operational data, including pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds, and speeds, for use in equipment setup and preventive maintenance records.
- Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Propose and implement continuous productivity, process, and quality improvement actions for all facilities.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting robotics and automotive systems.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices related to maintenance parts.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
