We do it right. Job Duties Learn and implement One Hour Service system, procedures, and ethical practices. Diagnose problems in client HVAC systems accurately. Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work. Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio. Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control. Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job. Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and outside. Job Type Full‑time. Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year with commission and bonuses.
