Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring women, assisting with childbirth.
• Circulate in the operating room for C-sections.
• Titrate oxytocin and magnesium sulfate drips as needed.
• Read and interpret fetal monitor strips independently.
• Float to postpartum unit as required to support patient care needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts to ensure patient coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; License to Submit required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum two years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience.
• Ability to circulate in the OR during C-sections.
• Experience with charting system EPIC preferred.
• Able to self-schedule and adapt to a flexible work environment.
