(USA) Member Specialist

Position Summary What you’ll do: Provide member service, maintain checkout and entrance areas, resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam’s Club products and services, support members with self‑service technology, process purchases, handle payments, returns and refunds, enforce safety and security standards, and assist with training new associates. Core Responsibilities Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas and ensure a safe shopping environment. Assist members with transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and payment processing. Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and technology to members. Resolve member issues and concerns and guide them in purchasing decisions. Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe or illegal activity to management. Keep accurate records of member receipts, paperwork, logs, and other documentation. Assist with emergency response procedures and execute company security and safety practices. Provide training to Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, and new technology. Monitor and prevent shrinkage, damage, and theft within the area. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all actions. Prioritize work, communicate progress, and collaborate with managers and teammates to improve processes. Support a culture of respect, teamwork, integrity, customer focus, and excellence. Compensation Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00 (location specific minimum wage applies). Additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
