Trauma-Informed Case Manager for Survivor Recovery
Hope Against Trafficking
Hope Against Trafficking is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide trauma‑informed care to women rebuilding their lives after trafficking. The role coordinates medical, mental health, dental, vision, and prescription services and develops individualized service plans with residents and leadership. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Social Work (MSW preferred) and at least 2 years of trauma‑informed care experience, with strong communication and documentation skills to ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr Hope Against Trafficking
