Job Category : Therapy Requisition Number : PELVI009883 Position : Full‑Time Salary Range : $77,472 USD to $116,197 USD Location : 470 Water Street, Excelsior, MN 55331, USA Position Overview : The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist will deliver exceptional patient care and conduct evaluations, developing and administering treatment plans for a wide variety of outpatient conditions. The role is full‑time at the Excelsior location; experience in pelvic health and orthopedics is preferred. Essential Job Functions Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with a physician. Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access. Determine and apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with the state practice act. Apply lawful and ethical use of therapy services in daily treatments. Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines. Directly supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) as required. Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization. Work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient orthopedic setting. Work a flexible schedule based on clinic needs, including variable shifts and multiple clinic locations. Maintain a safe environment for self, staff, and patients. Participate in continuing education to maintain a state license. Share knowledge obtained from continuing education courses with staff and the community as directed. Occasionally participate in community functions related to TCO outreach events throughout the year. Work independently with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; a Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred. Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy. Benefits & Compensation The actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents. Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly. Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
