Subject: Clinic Manager – Skin R&R Med Spa

Body: Grow with us! Skin R&R Med Spa is expanding across Florida, and we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our local clinic.

In this role, you will lead daily clinic operations, manage local staff, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic management, staff scheduling, inventory control, and patient scheduling.
• Coach and motivate medical injectors, estheticians, and front-desk staff to hit monthly sales targets.
• Ensure full compliance with aesthetic medical regulations and internal operational procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

• Management Experience: 2–3+ years of site leadership in med spas, medical practices, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Sales & Operational Focus: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage clinic P&L, and upsell memberships/packages.
• Team Leadership: Strong communication skills with a focus on coaching team members to high performance.
