• 4.5-day work week with 34 patient-facing hours and 6 hours of admin time
• Admin time can be completed remotely for added flexibility
• Manageable patient census of 15 patients per day
• Hospital-employed position with clinic-based setting
• Geriatric Medicine fellowship preferred; experience treating geriatric patients welcomed
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates considered
• DEA licensure required
